Our Philosophy:
Simply give our client the information they do not know rather than the information they already know. We fairly and accurately report the condition of the home at the time of the inspection, giving the client a clearer picture of its major components. We do not nit pick the home for wear and tear unless our professional inspectors view the item to be a potential red flag in the future, the owner may have seen, but did not realize the financial implications if left unattended.
